Processing of personal data - performance of contract
In connection with your purchase/use of Appointli, you have entered a number of personal data, including in particular
- Your name
- Your address
- Your e-mail address
- Your telephone number
- Your CVR or other business identification
We process this personal data in connection with the processing of your purchase/contract, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part.
Processing of personal data - consent
If you have registered to use the Appointli system, we will process your personal data and the details of your purchases from us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you notify us that you no longer wish to use the Appointli system and/or receive emails from us. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us at legal@appointli.com or contacting the processor directly.
Data security
Whether we process your personal data for the performance of a contract or on the basis of your consent, we will always treat your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR and the Data Protection Act. Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when that purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant. We have concluded data processing agreements with all processors/subcontractors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.

If there are errors in our data, you have the right to have them corrected so that we have the correct data, just as you have the right to have the data provided in a standard format (data portability). If you wish to exercise your right to amend or restrict the processing of your personal data or to data portability, you are also very welcome to write to us at the above e-mail address.
If you no longer wish us to process your personal data, you can also send us a request to that effect to the above e-mail address. Your data (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after your order, as we are obliged to keep accounting information for 5 years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.
If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your email address (so that we can send you our newsletter and relevant offers), you can do so at any time by clicking on a link in the individual newsletter email.
